Goal

Create the first prototype PCB layout for the BES3-ANT+ Bridge module.

Scope

KiCad project setup (4-layer stack-up)
Schematic: power supply section (LMR16006, TVS, reverse polarity)
Schematic: MCP2518FD + ATA6563 CAN-FD section
Schematic: XIAO nRF52840 connector pinout
Schematic: JST PH connector for 12V/CAN bus
Board outline and mechanical keep-outs
DRC pass
Generate Gerbers and BOM

Key Constraints

Board size target: ~50mm × 25mm
Antenna keep-out zone: 10mm minimum
Buck converter loop area: minimized
CAN diff pair: 120Ω impedance, <1mm skew
